What if I've already sent a deposit?
We can still visit and tell you whether the apartment matches what you paid for, but we can't recover money that's already been sent. It's always better to book a check before paying anything.
Do you check apartments outside Madrid?
We visit properties within the city of Madrid itself — even if your university campus is outside it, in Somosaguas, Getafe, or Leganés, for example, most student housing is still in the city. If the flat is genuinely outside Madrid, online verification is usually still possible — just write to us.
What if the landlord won't let you in?
That goes straight into your report as a red flag. A landlord with a real apartment and nothing to hide rarely refuses a short visit.
Is this legal advice, or a lease review?
No. We still don't review a lease's legal validity — we're not lawyers. But we do check that what you were promised matches reality, and flag any unusual terms before you sign.
How fast can you actually go?
